Alcohol and Drug Policy
Träume Solutions, seeking to maintain good quality of its services, establishes and adopts this Policy, in conducting its business, aiming at social responsibility, safety and well-being of lives, assets and the environment, ensuring work executed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. It warns its employees that alcoholism and drug dependency are potential harmful agents in the work, social, and family environment. Therefore, it informs that it will not allow its employees, when performing work activities at any location in the service of the company or on its premises:
Consume alcoholic beverages or drugs of any kind;
Transport drugs of any kind in company vehicles;
Carry alcoholic beverages or drugs;
In cases where such facts are confirmed, the employee will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
